When I ask people if they meditate, the most common answer I hear is, "Well . . . I tried it, but I can't stop my mind no matter what." Or the only meditation they've done is at the end of a yoga class. What if you knew that meditation isn't about directing the mind to quiet, as much as it is about giving yourself a different - and fascinating - focus? In these Meditation classes , students discover that meditation is much easier than they had expected, and brings with it so many gifts.

Learn to Meditate
Introductory Class for Beginners
This class is perfect for those who would like to get started with the basics. Four evenings, usually Thursday nights from 7-8:30 pm. In this class we explore four different approaches to meditation:
* Using Mantra
* Grounding and Boundaries
* Gratitude and Intentions
* Coming Home
